give it to Blade (*Made by Mujuro, the sword was called
"Stormbringer" and renamed to Hurlevent".)

III) He has the special ability to disarm his oppenents.

IV) Also carries a devastating custom crossbow--Mehrunes
Dagons Crossbow. In addition to magical attacks, the bow has a
push effect on targets.
